This allows us to address project-specific challenges upfront and suggest practical solutions tailored to your build. By integrating pod design at the concept phase, we ensure the building layout optimally accommodates modular units, from positioning near service risers to standardising components for manufacturing efficiency.

Consult

We initiate every project with in-depth consultations during the early design and feasibility stage. Engaging directly with architects, engineers, and builders, we identify project-specific challenges and objectives. This collaborative approach ensures the building design optimally accommodates pod integration—from service riser proximity and spatial planning to compliance with Australian Standards—laying a solid foundation for seamless execution, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation from the very beginning.

Design

Our in-house engineering team utilizes advanced 3D CAD software to create precise manufacturing drawings, integrating all structural, service, and architectural details. We focus on standardizing components like shower screens, drains, and fixtures to maximize production efficiency and minimize waste. Every element, from noggin placement and service hole cut-outs to waterproofing layers, is digitally modeled to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless on-site integration with your building’s design and performance requirements.

Approval

We construct a full-scale, fully functional prototype pod for your thorough inspection and validation. This critical step allows you to assess finish quality, test all fixtures and fittings, verify dimensional accuracy, and confirm compliance with design specifications and Australian Standards. Any necessary refinements are implemented at this stage, ensuring complete client satisfaction and mitigating any risks before mass production begins, guaranteeing that the final units will perform flawlessly.

Planning

Our team develops a comprehensive project plan, coordinating all logistics from factory to site. This includes scheduling manufacturing timelines, planning transportation routes, securing crane access, and sequencing installation around other trades. We conduct pre-installation site audits to verify slab recess dimensions, service riser locations, and tolerance requirements, ensuring the site is fully prepared for a smooth, efficient, and disruption-free pod installation process, keeping your project on schedule.

Handover

Pods are precision-manufactured in our controlled factory environment using state-of-the-art roll-forming machines for custom cold-rolled steel frames. All plumbing (PEX), electrical conduits, and drainage systems are pre-installed and rigorously tested. We apply finishes—tiles, vinyl, or pre-finished panels—with meticulous quality checks at every stage. This factory-controlled process eliminates weather delays, ensures consistent high quality, and results in a fully finished, 'plug-and-play' module ready for site installation.

Install

We manage the entire logistics chain, coordinating with transportation specialists to ensure pods are delivered to site on schedule and in perfect condition. Our team oversees careful loading, secure transportation, and arrival sequencing. We coordinate crane scheduling and access with your site manager to ensure a smooth offloading process, minimizing disruption to other activities and ensuring that pods are ready for immediate installation upon arrival.

Delivery

Our specialists supervise the crane lifting, precise positioning, and placement of each pod into its final location. We work alongside your site trades to ensure strict adherence to planned tolerances and alignment. Following placement, we facilitate the seamless connection of all pre-installed pod services—hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical—to the main building systems, leveraging our precision engineering for a true ‘plug-and-play’ operation that drastically reduces on-site labor time.

Manufacturing

We conduct final inspections and functional tests of all connected systems within the pods to ensure everything is operational and complies with agreed specifications. We provide all necessary certification, warranties, and documentation for the completed installation. This formal handover process marks the successful integration of our pods into your building, delivering a fully functional, high-quality outcome that meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and client satisfaction.
